Fishing and Race cars

Last week we took the kids fishing, this was also Autumn's first time! We packed a picnic and then let the kids fish. They had a lot of fun and both caught a few sunfish. Autumn's first fish! She was pretty stressed out about the whole situation and wasn't quite sure what to do with herself.

This weekend we went to the Good Guys car show in Nashville. (http://www.good-guys.com/). We have tons of pictures of really cool random cars, but I wont bore you with all of those. There was one stand that had this race car and they let the kids get in it. Dominic was super excited.

Autumn was excited until she got in and realized there isn't really a seat and she would have had to sit on the floor. So she refused to sit and was trying to climb out. This is the best picture we were able to get of her in the car.

Summer fun!

Mom and Dad came down to visit for a week in the beginning of June. We had a great visit. We went to the Zoo, and Aquarium restaurant, Ft. Donelson, had a few picnics and trips to the park! Louisianna trip

So, I had this great plan of putting up blogs on each day of vacation and telling exactly what we did and getting up as many pictures as I could. But its been a month and I still haven't gotten past day 2. So I have admitting defeat to my procrastinating side and now have decided I am going to just put up a bunch of the pictures and be done. otherwise it may never get done. So if you were not planning to sit and look at a whole lot of pictures, get out now while you still can :) Congrats to Dustin and Claire! We had a great time and I was so glad to have finally met everyone! Can't wait for our next trip down!!
